ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.145 of 2024, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein/wife filed the above said OP for divorce on the ground of cruelty. It is seen from the extract of adjudications, included in the typed set of papers at page No.7 that, counter of the respondent in the OP was filed on 03.12.2024 and the matter was posted for enquiry on 10.01.2025. Thereafter, due to pendency of various interlocutory applications filed by the parties, the main OP has not been taken up for hearing.

3. In view of the fact that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as on 10.01.2025, this court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to dispose of the HMOP No.145 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
