This criminal original petition is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and his tenants.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), would submit that the 3rd respondent is the son of the petitioner, born through his first wife; there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and on account of this there are frequent quarrels; in respect of the incident that had taken place on 14.07.2023, the respondent police have registered a case in crime No.445 of 2023, against the 3rd respondent and after completing the investigation they have also filed a final report and the case is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore; subsequently, in respect of the 2/5

incident that took place on 09.11.2023, an enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.2124 of 2023.

3. He would further submit that, on 31.10.2025, the petitioner has once again given a complaint against the 3rd respondent and enquiry was being conducted in CSR.No.1571 of 2025. Ultimately, he would submit that the respondent police will take appropriate action with regard to the same.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
