This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 885 days in filing the above said Criminal Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the
materials available on record.
3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 855 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on payment of Rs.5,000/- to the Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
