ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and he do not want to press the same and thus the Revision Case may be dismissed as having become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
