ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(b), 4(1), 4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, in Crime No.367 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.26076 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "5. Taking into the fact that one previous case is pending against the petitioner similar in nature; that the statement of three victim girl who have also been recorded, implicated the petitioner herein and his overt-act in the crime and hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this Criminal Original Petition."

3. Considering the facts that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
