This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 13.11.2025 granted anticipatory bail. However, he would submit that in the said order, in para 7, it was mentioned that one surety must be a blood surety. He would submit that there is no blood surety available for her. Hence, he prayed for modification in the order.
3. Considering the above submission, Registry is directed to substitute Para 7 of the order as follows:- Para 7 "Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the learned 1/4
Judicial Magistrate, Gingee on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intents to arrest or to the satisfaction of learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:"
4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.30967 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for executing sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 27.11.2025 rpp 2/4
