The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Conditions of the Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the first respondent vide No.32/2025-26/SE/B(C&M)C/SLM dated 16.10.2025 and permit the petitioner in the e-tender dated 16.10.2025 issued by the first respondent.
