ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.
2. This petition, styled as public interest litigation, seeks issuance of direction to the official respondents to remove the alleged encroachments made by the private respondents.
3. We find that the petitioner having made representation on 17.10.2025, without waiting for a reasonable period, has rushed to file this petition on 10.11.2025 and, therefore, no direction is required to
be issued at this stage.
4. The writ petition is dismissed. However, it would be appropriate for the respondent authorities to take necessary action, after due enquriy, spot inspection, survey, etc. In case no action is taken by the respondent authorities, it will be open for the petitioner to revive this petition.
There shall be no order as to costs.
