ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court, closing I.A.No.7 of 2025 in O.S.No.6612 of 2019 along with the instant CMP No.30288 of 2025 to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the said impugned docket order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has to get certified copy of the fair and decreetal order of the impugned order and produce the same before this court. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he filed copy application in SR No.27109 of 2025 before the Trial Court on 12.11.2025 and the same is not furnished to the petitioner till date. 2 of Page 4

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file the said application before the concerned court to furnish the certified copy of the impugned order. This CMP No.30288 of 202, seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order is dismissed for the present.
