This application has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant in C.S.No.65 of 2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicant, and also considering the number of days delay in filing the written statement, this application deserves to be allowed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
