[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant would submit that the writ order was passed on 28.08.2024 and the copy application came to be filed on 29.08.2024. The Registry, High Court made the order copy ready on 24.02.2025, but, by mistake the office has not received the same. Thus, there was a delay in receiving the order copy from the Registry, which resulted in filing the appeal with a delay.

2. In view of the above reasons, the delay is neither willful nor wanton, but due to bona fide reasons, hence, this petition stands ordered and the delay of 377 days in filing the above appeal stands condoned.
