Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma in both the applications COMMON ORDER These applications have been filed by the applicants to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner and the deceased fifth petitioner as the petitioners 4 to 9 in O.P.No.94 of 2025.
2. According to the applicants, during the pendency of the main Original Petition, the fifth petitioner died, and the legal heirs of the fifth petitioner have to be impleaded as the petitioners 4 to 7 and subsequently, the first petitioner also died and the legal heirs of the first petitioner have to Page No.2 of 4
be impleaded as the petitioners 8 and 9. Therefore, they filed these applications.
3. There are no respondents in these applications.
4. Considering the reasons stated by the applicants in the affidavits and the facts and circumstances of the case, and due to the death of the parties, the proposed parties have to be impleaded as proper and necessary parties.
5. In view of the same, these applications are allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the matter on 25.11.2025.
