The present application is filed for substituted service as against the 1st and 2nd respondent, by effecting publication in a local Tamil Newspaper having circulation at Chennai and also affixing the summons in the Court Notice Board and at the last known address.

2. The 1st and 2nd respondents are the judgment debtors 1 and 2. The respondents are residing in Chennai. Since court notice is returned, substituted service is ordered and the paper publication shall be effected in local edition of one English and Tamil Newspaper viz., Indian Express and Dinamani edition.
