Prayer : This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of my representation dated 06.11.2025 in respect of issuance of license to my shop in the name and style of Vattakalari Agency which is situated at Survey Number.231/2 in Gudalur Village, Pallipadi, Gudalur Taluk, Nilgiris District for selling sweets within stipulated period.
