This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable orders on the Statutory Appeal dated 15.06.2020 filed by the petitioner against the order of the second respondent /Disciplinary Authority imposing the penalty of removal from service within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the Statutory Appeal dated 15.06.2020 filed by the petitioner and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There 2/4
