This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to resurvey the land and properly demarcate the same by fixing boundary stones in respect of Survey No.113/4B, measuring 5 cents (2217 sq.ft.), situated at Pethikuppam Village, Gummidpoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has sought for re-survey and the same has been fixed on 28.11.2025.
