Though the petitioner claims that he has made a complaint/representation dated 13.06.2025 before the first respondent, as against the 3rd respondent, however there is no proof to show that he has submitted any representation to the respondents herein. That apart, the petitioner ought to have approached the second respondent for appropriate relief.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent for appropriate relief. No costs.
