Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the terminal leave salary benefits to the Petitioner namely Earned Leave of 240 days and Unearned leave on private affairs for 90 days, due to the

petitioner consequent on retirement on 31.05.2025 in the 4th Respondent Corporation, in the light of the Recommendations made by the 2nd Respondent dated 12.09.2025 and 14.10.2025 and further direct the 4th and 5th Respondents to draw and disburse the encashment of terminal leave salary of the petitioner stated supra within a limited time frame. This Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the terminal leave salary benefits payable to the petitioner, viz., Earned Leave of 240 days and Unearned leave on Private Affairs for 90 days, consequent on his retirement on 31.05.2025 from the 4th Respondent Corporation, in the light of the recommendations made by the 2nd respondent dated 12.09.2025 and 14.10.2025 and to further direct the 4th and 5th respondents to draw and disburse the encashment of the petitioner's terminal leave salary as stated supra. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has already been complied with, by order dated 13.11.2025.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
