ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the court, whose order is challenged in this civil revision petition, in the final order passed by this court in CRP No.1184 of 2020 dated 14.02.2024.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers that in the memorandum of grounds, the name of the court is mentioned as Additional District Judge, Villupuram, instead of Additional District Munsif, Villupuram. Therefore, the petitioners have to amend the memorandum of grounds. Without amending the memorandum of grounds, this petition to amend the order is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application to amend the memorandum of grounds.
