Mr.K.Devaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also seeks liberty for the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation (PIL) for the very same relief. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the PIL to be filed by the petitioner if he so desires in the near future. No Costs.
