This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1322 days in re-presenting the second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above said delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners make a payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', on or before 09.03.2026, failing which, this condone delay petition shall stand automatically dismissed. 02-03-2026 MST
