Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.581/2022/Ee1, dated 11.08.2025 passed by the 1st respondent and impugned tender notification in Na.Ka.No.581/2022/Ee1-1 dated 03.11.2025 published by the 1st respondent and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to complete the project as per the Original tender conditions by making the payment of Rs.1,00,61,677 towards the current dues enabling the petitioner to complete the contract within a 1/7

period of two months.

ORDER

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner and the respondents have reached an agreement on the amount of work that had been executed by the petitioner. The experts from the Department of Civil Engineering of Anna University situated in Ariyalur have assessed the amount of work that the petitioner had executed at Rs.67,89,016/-. The respondents have filed a status report that out of this amount, a sum of Rs.46,18,656/- has been processed and paid. The balance of Rs.21,00,000/- would be paid on or before 05.03.2026.
