O R D E R

The petitioner seeks production of her husband / detenue, namely, Murugan, S/o.Narayanan, aged about 55 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband has been kept under illegal custody by the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State contended that though the detenue is said to have found missing in the year 2022, the complaint has been given only after two years.

4. It is seen that the petitioner in fact wants to set right her personal matter by filing this petition. Her allegation itself is that her husband is in the custody of the respondents 4 to 6, who are his family 2/4

members. Therefore, we are of the view that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone. If at all, the petitioner wants to re-unite with the detenue, she can work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
