(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in MCOP No.479 of 2022 on the file of MACT II Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
2. Mr.f F.Terry Chella Raja, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and submits that he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and with an intention of giving opportunity to the appellant to agitate its rights and contentions on merits, we are inclined to allow this petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
