ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus for the second respondent to pass orders in Na.Ka.No.24087/2024/J1 dated 30.01.2025, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Tamil Selvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. The case of the petitioner is that during the UDR scheme, the patta was issued in the name of the third respondent, for an extent of 42 cents in Patta No.417. The petitioner on coming to know of the same, made a representation before the second respondent on 02.09.2024. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 2/4

02.09.2024, and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
