ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. It is alleged that the private respondent has raised construction violating set back norms.

3. We find that the petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on the ground that he is residing in the adjacent area. The petitioner may have individual grievance, which he can seek redressal by approaching the civil court.

4. Keeping it open to the petitioner to approach the local authority for action, the petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
