2.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with.

3.The Hon'ble Supreme Court also in Rahul S.Shah V.Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and others reported in [(2021) 6 SCC 418] has directed that all execution petitions should be disposed of within a period of six (6) months. 4.In light of the above, I am inclined to entertain the above Civil Revision Petition and issue a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Kallakurichi to dispose of E.P.No.139 of 2022, along with pending miscellaneous applications, if any, on or before 30.04.2026.
