This petition has been filed seeking to declare the second petitioner as a major and to discharge her father viz., Ahamed Marzook, from natural guardianship.

2.In view of the fact that the second petitioner has now attained majority, the petition deserves to be allowed.

3.Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the matter on 06.02.2026.
