ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Pondicherry, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2024.

2. The revision petitioner/wife has filed this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court, stating that the evidence commenced on 27.06.2025 and that the chief examination has already been completed. It is further submitted that, as on date, there has been no progress in the said proceedings.

3. Considering the fact that the matter is pending and the trial has already commenced, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the learned Family Judge, Puducherry, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
