ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt. 28.10.2025 and to pass order on his representation in accordance with law and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's account in number 152535455557, Indusind Bank, Ranipet Branch. 2.
The petitioner is holding bank account in number 152535455557 with the first respondent. While being so, on the instructions from the second respondent, the first respondent froze the petitioner's bank account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his bank account.

On instruction, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that pursuant to a complaint, it was found that the petitioner's bank account is in receipt of Rs.23,074/- at second layer out of which the disputed amount is
Rs.10,021/-. Therefore, the second respondent issued instruction to the first respondent to freeze the bank account.

The above submission is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the first respondent. As such, the first respondent is directed to forthwith defreeze the petitioner's bank account in number 152535455557 and to permit the petitioner to operate the said account by holding Rs.10,021/- as lien over the said bank account. 5.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
