This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27603 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court to report before the Erode Town Police Station, Erode daily at 10.30 1/4

a.m until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27603 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
