The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram. to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.257 of 2023 within the time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a suit seeking a declaration that the petitioners are the class-1 heirs of late J.Balaji and for mandatory injunction directing the first defendant to issue legal heirs certificate to the petitioners.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that the issues were framed as early as 28.09.2023. Considering the fact, the suit is of the year 2023, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.257 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
