This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent police in Cr.No.59 of 2025 and to quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, and final report has been filed in C.C.No.251 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gobichettipalayam.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report if so advised.
