PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Notice under Section 106 BNSS (102 Cr.P.C.) dated 31.10.2025 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to de-freeze the bank account No.50200026771192.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the notice of the 1 st respondent issued under Section 106 BNSS (102 Cr.P.C.) dated 31.10.2025 and further direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to defreeze the bank account No.50200026771192.

Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on a complaint given by one st Vanishree, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.1015/2025 and the 1 respondent, during the course of investigation, came to know that an amount of Rs.3,097/- has been transferred via., second layer account to the account nd of the petitioner and thereby, a direction had been issued to the 2 st respondent to have lien over the amount of Rs.3,097/- and the 1 nd respondent to have lien respondent has also sent a communication to the 2 over the amount of Rs.3,097/- and to de-freeze the amount in respect of the balance amount.
