This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator to permit the Official Liquidator to serve notice on the respondents 1 to 5 through substituted service.

gya 2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that the notice that was sent to the respondents in their known address was returned and it will not be possible to serve the respondents in ordinary course, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

3.There shall be a direction to the Official Liquidator to effect paper publication in Malai Malar, Chennai edition, insofar as the respondents 1 to 4 are concerned and in the edition which has wide circulation in Kerala, insofar as the 5th respondent is concerned.
