This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the summons dated 31.10.2025 issued in C.S.R.No.134 of 2025 by the Respondents W-37, All Women Police Station, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087 and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the summons was issued to the petitioner for appearance on 05.11.2025. Since the petitioners did not appear on that date, the summons has lapsed.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were directed to appear on 05.11.2025 but summons had been issued to them only on 06.11.2025. 2/4
