This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the final report filed in C.C.No.292 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and to consequently, permit the petitioner to file the served copy on the petitioner.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
