ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that encroachments are identified in the water body and actions are initiated and the survey report was transmitted to the competent Authority for initiation of enforcement action for removal of encroachments.
2. In view of the said submission, the official respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement actions by following the procedures as contemplated and by affording opportunity to all the parties. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
