ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, a huge quantity of the sand and gravel have been dumped by the respondents 5 and 6, adjacent to the petitioner's boundary. The said dumping is causing serious damage to the boundary wall, and at any time, the compound wall of the petitioner's property may collapse due to the excessive load placed against it. Apart from this, water is also flowing into the petitioner's property. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a

representation to the respondents seeking removal of the dumped materials. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner to consider the representation, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed. of. There shall be no order as to costs.
