ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned I Additional District and Session Court, Vellore to dispose of the O.S.No.369 of 2022, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration, declaring that the settlement deed dated 16.10.2018 executed by the 3rd defendant in favour of the 1st defendant was null and void and for further reliefs. The suit was filed in the year 2022. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that plaintiff side evidence was closed early as on 25.08.2025. However, there is no further progress in the trial thereafter,

Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2022 and the plaintiff side evidence was over as early as on 25.08.2025, this court is inclined to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.369 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
