This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the cause title as shown in the present Memorandum of Grounds of CRP filed against the proceedings in OS.No.209 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Hosur.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.2040 of 2026 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
