O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)©, 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP Act in Crime No.41 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that the respondent police was on regular search found that the petitioners was having an illegal possession of 10 litres of ID arrack. Hence, the case.

3. This Court earlier dismissed the petitioners' bail on 25.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32452 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/4

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
