O R D E R

The petitioner seeks production of her friend / detenue, namely, Ms.G.Sowndharya, who is aged about 30 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the detenue has been produced before this Court and on enquiry with her, she has stated that she has completed 28 years of age and is working in Small Causes Court, High Court Campus, Chennai as Typist. She has further stated that her family members kept her under confinement on the belief that she had remarried some one. She has further stated that she is married to R3, who is also present before this Court and she wants to continue her job by staying in the hostel

3. We are of the view that the detenue, who is already married to R3, is aged about 28 years and is working as Typist. Though there seems to be some family dispute between the detenue and her husband / R3, the same can be agitated only before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. Hence, this petition is closed and the detenue is set at liberty 2/4
