ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 77, 78, 79 and 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 66(E), 67, 67(A) of IT Act, 2000, in Crime No. 234 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 28794 of 2025.

3. The earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No. 28794 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have recorded the videos and photographs of the victim and subsequently threatened her, and that when the de-facto complainant refused to accede to his demands, he had sent her obscene photographs to her husband and other relatives, and as the investigation is still pending, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 11.10.2025 and investigation almost is completed and he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and reported that the investigation is not concluded and still investigation in the preliminary stage and he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
