Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the arrears of salary due to the petitioner with all 1/4

attendant consequential benefits accrued from 16.06.2017 to 30.09.2022 for the service rendered by the petitioner as Assistant Professor of Tamil in the 4th respondent college on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2025 For Petitioner : Ms.W.R.Subhashini For Respondents For R1 to 3 : Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, Additional Government Pleader

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the arrears of salary due to the petitioner with all attendant consequential benefits accrued from 16.06.2017 to 30.09.2022 for the service rendered by the petitioner as Assistant Professor of Tamil in the 4th respondent college on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2025 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2025 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
