ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 477-A, 109, 201 r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) & 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.14 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner only on 03.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28754 of 2025. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17.11.2025 mpa To 1.Inspector of Police, Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Unit, Puducherry.
