The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.10.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B),29(1) of NDPs Act in Crime No.372 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of prosecution is that the petitioners were in possession of 1.200 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners submitted that the petitioner and he is no way connected with the offence. He would submit that he has not at all committed any of offence as alleged by the respondent police and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he will abide by any condition that may be imposed by this court. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the first petitioner/A1 is having 7 previous cases pending against him including 3 murder cases, 2 cases under 307 of IPC and 2 cases under NDPS Act and the 2nd petitioner is having 8 previous cases including 2 murder cases and 6 cases under NDPS Act in which one case is under commercial quantity. He further submitted that investigation in this case is pending. Hence, he would vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 2/4

Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners and investigation in this case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
