ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4), 85 of BNS r/w Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and subsequently altered into Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4)(5), 85, 108 of BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.34 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 31.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29658 of 2025.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.29658 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the arrested accused are still in custody, the investigation is still pending, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is possibility of tampering the witnesses and hampering the investigation, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

4. Considering the facts that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
