2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.11.2025 and dispose of the same, by verifying the medical records and also subject to the vacancy in the third respondent University, on

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
