This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition in Para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II at Poonamallee", instead of "the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has not been complied with the conditions not even a single day and without complying the conditions now he has come forward for seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29695 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 on the ground that he is a college student and due to exam his presence in the college is mandatory.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29695 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025
